Johnny on the Spot Real Estate Service!

Okay, my name is NOT Johnny. It's Sandy. But I want to get the point across about the type of Real Estate Service I offer in Las Vegas and Henderson, NV. According to Answer.com "Johnny on the Spot" is defined as: A person who is available and ready to act when needed.

If you want to work with a Real Estate Agent (like me!) who is:

  1. Friendly and intelligent and knows her stuff
  2. Someone who likes dogs (and nature, and all animals and most people for that matter)
  3. Going to make sure you know what is happening with your real estate deal every step of the way
  4. A lousy joke teller BUT appreciates other people's jokes and funny stories
  5. A Realtor who listens to you
  6. Casual in dress and manner (after all this IS Las Vegas and anything goes!)
  7. Focused on all the details insuring a smoother transaction
  8. An individual who is fairly stable, happy, forward thinking, likes to have fun and "go with the flow"
  9. Someone who's top goal for you as my client is a successful outcome with less stress (a tall order in the Real Estate Biz!)
